When it comes to cosmetic teeth whitening solutions, there are almost countless options available today. Whether it’s over the counter with toothpastes, mouthwashes and strips or professional services, achieving whiter teeth is easier than it has ever been. Many people are looking for whiter teeth to help boost their confidence and smile brighter. Our office offers four types of cosmetic whitening treatments, two of which are done in office and two of which are done at home.
In-office solutions:
Each of our in-office teeth whitening kits take roughly 1.5 to 2 hours to complete. They are Philips Zoom QuickPro and Kor Max. The Philips Zoom QuickPro is a fast and effective way to give patients noticeably whiter results. Done in a single visit, this procedure is a cost effective and time sensitive way to achieve a smile that is three to four shades whiter.
The Kor Max system is a versatile and effective whitening system. It is extremely popular and once again completed in a single visit to our office. Providing some of the best whitening results for most patients, we are confident that you will enjoy the benefits of this system.
Take-home trays:
Kor also offers an at-home whitening system that yields great results. With options for both nighttime and daytime whitening, we will work with you to find the solution that fits your lifestyle. These trays are custom fit to your mouth to ensure a good fit and all around whitening.
Our other take-home whitening system is Opalescence Go. These take home trays are simple, fast, and don’t require any impressions or custom trays. Using discrete trays that adapt to your teeth, the whitening gel used also comes in multiple flavors. You will wear the trays at home for 5-10 days, with wear times ranging anywhere from 15-60 minutes per day depending on how white you would like your teeth to be.
If you are interested in learning more about these options and which may be the best fit for you, schedule a consultation appointment with our team. We’ll go over what your needs are, what treatments, if any, you’ve used in the past, and what the best options may be for you going forward.
